Abs class is a mix of exercises, including Pilates, designed to strengthen, tone and stretch the core muscles of the abdomen and back.

Hatha Yoga is a form of yoga which can incorporate an eclectic blend of two or more yoga styles, while focusing on posture and breathing. Many of the poses are held longer than usual. Along with promoting relaxation it develops muscular strength, suppleness and flexibility. The class ends in a meditative relaxation.  FYI, yoga, which means union, is a general term for a range of mind/body practices used to encourage physical and mental well-being.  It lowers tension and stress levels; lengthens and strengthens muscles; and increases circulation in the body.  

Indoor Cycling is a great aerobic workout on a stationary bike no matter your fitness level or age. It is a wonderful way to burn lots of calories as this is a non-impact activity, causing less stress on your knees, hips and ankles than many other forms of cardio workouts. This class is also known as spinning.

Pilates (Mat) is a system of nonimpact exercises that stretch and strengthen the core and torso to improve flexibility, balance, posture and inner awareness.  

Pump-it-Up is a cardio workout using dumbbells and barbells to promote muscular endurance, flexibility and body alignment. This is similar to Body Pump.

Silver Sneakers Muscular Strength & Range of Movement is a fitness class designed specifically for seniors to improve overall fitness. Chairs provide support as needed, and hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and physio balls provide resistance. 

Stretch and Strength is a yoga and Pilates-based fusion class that not only improves muscle tone, posture and flexibility, but also helps prevent injuries and relieve stress through flowing movements, dynamic stretching and meditation. This is similar to Body Flow.

TBC is a total body cardio workout using weights to promote muscular endurance, flexibility and body alignment.

Vinyasa Yoga is similar to the yoga above, with more of a focus of synchronizing breath to the movement.
